Students reading for the MA in Global Maritime Archaeology will participate in fieldwork with a minimum duration of 100 hours. Supervised fieldwork opportunities, in the form of underwater/coastal excavations, offshore surveys and conservation projects offered by the University of Malta and the partner institutions. Furthermore, individual proposals for the participation in supervised research/fieldwork projects may be considered and approved by the Board of Studies.
These will be assigned according to fieldwork chosen.
